[Breaking News] John Kronus Found Dead

John Kronus, born George Caiazo, was found dead today at his apartment in New Hampshire. At this point, no other details are available. Kronus and Perry Saturn, as The Eliminators, were pushed by Paul Heyman as "The Best Tag Team in the World," during much of 1996 and 1997. Together, they won the ECW World Tag Team Championships four times. Following Saturn's departure from ECW, Kronus began teaming with New Jack as the Gangstanators and together they won the ECW World Tag Team Championship from The Dudley Boys. Kronuns was trained by Walter "Killer" Kowalski.

LCW Chairman of the Board Christian Calaway said in a telephone interview, "It's sad. It's really sad. He and Saturn would have definitely been a part of Legends Championship Wrestling one day as The Eliminators. Forget the Dudley Boys, forget the Gangstas, forget the Public Enemy; the Eliminators were always my favorite ECW tag team. We've lost another future legend far too soon."
