[News Update] Hulk Hogan Hires Attorney To Represent Son
Tampa Tribune:
Barry Cohen, one of Tampa's most powerful lawyers, has been retained to represent Nick Bollea, the teenage son of famed wrestler Hulk Hogan. Bollea is under investigation in a wreck that left a friend critically injured.
"We're representing Nick, the driver of the car," Cohen confirmed Monday afternoon.
Cohen said he and Stephen Romine, another lawyer in Cohen's firm - Cohen, Jayson and Foster - are representing Bollea. Cohen said J. Kevin Hayslett, who had been retained by the Hogan family, no longer is a counsel in the case.
Hayslett could not be reached for comment.
No charges have been filed in the Aug. 26 wreck on Court Street. Bollea was at the wheel of a Toyota Supra that struck a palm tree. Passenger and friend John Graziano, a 22-year-old veteran of the Iraq war, remains in critical condition.
