[Breaking News] WWE Legend's Son Arrested

From the Tampa Tribune:
TAMPA - Ted DiBiase Jr., the 25-year-old son of WWE wrestler Ted "Million Dollar Man" DiBiase, was arrested in South Tampa early this morning, charged with driving under the influence.

Tampa police took DiBiase into custody about 3:30 a.m. after a crash on South West Shore Boulevard at Browning Avenue.

Police said DiBiase was in a Cadillac sport utility vehicle that crashed into another vehicle. Information about the other vehicle or driver was not immediately available. No one was seriously injured, police said, and no one required hospitalization.

DiBiase had an odor of alcohol on his breath, his speech appeared to be slurred, his eyes were bloodshot and glassy and he was unsteady on his feet, police said.

He was asked to perform a field sobriety test and had "indications of impairment," according to an affidavit signed by the arresting officer.

DiBiase submitted to a breath test, and the results on two tests were 0.137 and 0.138. In Florida, a driver is presumed to be impaired with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.

According to Online World of Wrestling, DiBiase and his brother, Mike, are the third generation of the family in wrestling. His grandfather, Mike DiBiase also made his living from the sport.

The World Wrestling Entertainment website says DiBiase Jr. wrestles in a developmental league in Florida.

Ted DiBiase Sr., reached this morning at his home in Mississippi, declined to comment. He said he had not heard of the arrest.

Records state that the younger DiBiase was taken to Orient Road Jail. Bail was set at $500.
