[Breaking News] Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall to Participate in Survival Project

The LCW Board of Directors confirmed today what many already assumed: that the LCW Caged Heat pay-per-view wouldn't be the last time we'd see Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall in Legends Championship Wrestling.

Hogan and Hall, along with fellow former nWo member Sean Waltman, "reunited the band" as members of former LCW Chairman of the Board Ted Turner's "WarGames: Last Chance" team in an unsuccessful attempt to help Turner retain control of LCW.

As announced today on LCW's Official Twitter account (twitter.com/lcwrestling), Waltman is headed back to AAA in Mexico, but Hogan and Hall have signed an extension to their limited appearance contract that they signed just before the Caged Heat pay-per-view earlier this month. No more details were provided, but it is believed that Hogan and Hall will continue with the company after the Survival Project in September, especially if either one of them is successful with in the 50-man Gauntlet Tournament.

Hogan's health has been raised as a concern, but he has assured everyone that he will be ready to go at the Survival Project. While many doubt he'll have as impressive a showing as he did when he eliminated seven Legends in the Survival Project in 2006 (the most of the evening, for which he earned a shot at the LCW International Championship, per the rules of the tournament). Scott Hall has only participated in one Survival Project, in 2007, where he eliminated two Legends before being eliminated by reigning LCW Universal Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin.
